Classes are held in Salford Village Hall, just two miles from Chipping Norton.  Places are limited to 15 per class, so don’t forget to book

Our timetable changes from term to term.  September classes scheduled to run are

Total Body Training: A LOW IMPACT total body conditioning class, that uses bands to tone your body and strengthen your core,  great atmosphere and great music.

Cardio Attack : A high energy, high impact, fat burner

Classes are prices are £8 per session pay as you go, but you do need to book in order to be sure of a space.  You can pay per term or by monthly standing order  Click the price link on the menu bar for a full listing

PILATES:  Our location for Pilates is the beautiful Fitness Barn in inspiring open countryside opposite Wychwood Golf Club, Lyneham.  Classes here are small to ensure I can correct individuals.  We us the latest techniques and also incorporate small equipment to ensure an effective and varied class.  Places are limited to 10 max, so do ensure you book as soon as possible.  Our class prices are as low as £7 per class depending on how many classes you attend.  For more information, click on the price link in the menu above

Beginners Pilates: A friendly Pilates class designed for complete beginners. It’s a great way to start learning about the benefits of ‘Pilates’ in a safe secure environment were you can feel comfortable and know everyone else will be new to Pilates too.

Improvers Pilates: Improvers Pilates Classes are suitable for individuals who have attended Pilates regularly for 3-4 months and/or those of you who regularly participate in exercise. These classes are a progression from beginners Plates exercises and an introduction to the use of Pilates small equipment.

Fitness/Intermediate Pilates: The Intermediate level classes are a great way to offer more challenge to those of you who have been practicing Pilates for a while. These classes feature exercises and variations that are appropriate for those who can follow the Basic level classes with ease and control and most people stay in this level for a long time as it offers an amazing scope to refine and improve your movement and ability. Intermediate level classes still include basic level exercises with the addition of higher level repertoire so that we can enjoy the full spectrum of movements and utilise them in many different ways.

Men on Mats:( Currently not running)Contrary  to popular opinion, Pilates is not solely or exclusively a fitness regime for  women. Men can benefit from participating in pilates, whether it is to enhance core strength for sport or simply to ensure fitness for life. Mobility, Strength, Flexibility
